Famine Prayer of the Week

Thank you God for all of the comforts in our lives.

We ask you to bless those whose lives are less lavish that ours.

We ask your help on our quest to bring that comfort to everyone less fortuneate than us.

Please bless those we have saved already,

And give hope to those we WILL save.
In you name we pray

Dear Lord,

We pray for kids who are too weak to run and play.

We pray for mothers that listen to daily cries of hunger from their children.

We pray for those who live off less money than we carry around in our pockets.

We pray that the money we raise will help them live life closer to the way God intended

Dear Lord,

I pray for those who won’t be able to quench their thirst tonight.

I pray for those who must go to bed hungry tonight.

I pray for those who are sick and don’t have enough money to take care of themselves.

I pray that the work that we do to raise this money will help feed, quench, and treat these people tomorrow
