A closing of a school year at Se*lah.

It was a good Se*lah, despite all the endings and departures. A good last
Se*lah of the school year, with a surprise visit from Senior Warden,
Paul Deepan.
We shared glimpses of the Resurrection in our lives, about laughter,
friends and peace; and Paul graced us with a story about healing and
compassion.
We wrapped up James’s letter. True to his nature, he was to-the-point
and concise, but, thankfully, not as harsh as he had been the past
couple weeks. Are you sick, in trouble? Pray. Are you happy? Sing your
prayers! Praying may not necessarily cure you, but God will make you
well in spirit.
And pray we did. We laid our hands on Seth and Martin and sent them
out into the world, to go where they are called.
It was a good Se*lah. Alleluia.
